How it works
Training supports improvement. Match results and ratings are never guaranteed. Play on your own account. Your final service configuration, region, scheduling preferences and price are saved with your order. Progress without verified evidence is clearly marked as a manual report.
01Do I need to share my account?+
No. We never ask for Steam or FACEIT passwords, Steam Guard codes or session cookies. You play on your own account during training.
02Are match results or ratings guaranteed?+
No. Coaching and analysis support skill development. Match outcomes, placement results and rating changes are never guaranteed.
03Are Premier rating and FACEIT Elo the same?+
No. Premier CS Rating and FACEIT Elo are independent systems with separate calculators and progress records.
04Why are prices marked as drafts?+
Initial prices await the business owner’s approval. Published services show the exact server-calculated total before checkout.
05How can I follow my order?+
Your dashboard shows order status, a permanent activity timeline, evidence-based progress and a private order conversation.
